Chris Lischewski’s career began with a robust academic foundation, graduating from the University of Southern California with an MBA and a bachelor’s degree. His early years at A.T. Kearney honed his skills in management consulting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, global sourcing, and corporate restructuring. Joining StarKist Seafood in 1991 as VP of procurement and business development, Lischewski orchestrated a remarkable turnaround with innovative strategies like global sourcing and vertical integration. He later led Heinz European Seafood to prominence before assuming the role of president and CEO at Bumble Bee Seafoods in 1999. His transformative leadership revolutionized Bumble Bee into North America’s largest branded seafood company, emphasizing operational excellence and strategic management.
